Dirozvi Nite Club is preparing to host a high-profile Valentine’s Day celebration, featuring Chimurenga and Jazz sensation Selmor Mtukudzi, alongside the sons of the late legendary musician John Chibadura.
The event, titled “Miss Valentine Chivhu 2026,” is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, and is expected to be the town’s premier entertainment highlight of the year.
The show’s organizer, Israel Dikinya, who is the Council Chairman for Chikomba RDC and owner of Dirozvi Night Club of the Dikinya Stores, expressed high expectations for the night.
Speaking on the preparations, Dikinya noted that the success of the previous year’s festivities paved the way for this year’s ambitious lineup.
“I am expecting a good event once again. The event was held successfully last year and brought in a number of artists.
“This time, we are excited that Selmor Mtukudzi will be the main performing artist, supported by the Chibadura sons and other local talents,” Dikinya said.
The Minister of ICT, Postal and Courier Services, Honorable Tatenda Mavetera, is confirmed to attend the event.
Minister Mavetera, who is also the Member of Parliament for Chikomba West constituency, is a key supporter of the initiative.
The event is set to kick off at 8:00 PM and run until late.
