Eastern Region Unveils Energy Park Tournament Fixtures

The Zimbabwe Eastern Region has announced the highly-anticipated Energy Park Super 8 Memorial Tournament Quarter Final Fixtures, set to ignite the local football scene with a display of skill and determination.

The fixtures promise an action-packed weekend for football enthusiasts as the qualifying teams gear up for intense battles to secure a spot in the semi-finals.

On Saturday, April 6, 2024, Mutare City Rovers will clash with St Paul’s Musami FC at the iconic Sakubva Stadium at 1500hrs.

The showdown is expected to draw a fervent crowd as both teams strive to outmaneuver each other on the field.

Meanwhile, Tenax FC and Rusitu Tigers are scheduled to face off at Showground at 1200hrs, promising an early afternoon spectacle for eager fans.

Simultaneously, Buffaloes will challenge Masvingo United at Showground at 1500hrs, adding another layer of excitement to the day’s events.

The action continues on Sunday, April 7, 2024, as FC Hunters prepare to take on Wangu Mazodze at Rudhaka at 1500hrs, promising a thrilling conclusion to the quarter-final fixtures.

Football enthusiasts and supporters are eagerly anticipating the matchups, with the teams’ loyal fan bases preparing to rally behind their respective clubs.

The Energy Park Super 8 Memorial Tournament Quarter Final Fixtures hold the promise of adrenaline-fueled clashes and awe-inspiring displays of athleticism.

As the competition heats up, the participating teams are gearing up to leave it all on the field in pursuit of victory and a chance to advance to the semi-finals.

Bikita Minerals won the 2023 Eastern Region Champions on technicalities after an ineligible player controversy.

Bikita Minerals was awarded 3 points, despite Tenax FC finishing on top.

Tenax FC is set to battle Wangu Mazodze for the title this season.
