Former Chikomba DDC secretary for women affairs Cde Lizzy Chidawu ( Mai Chidawu) has thanked the Zanu Pf Chikomba structures, especially the women’s league for their support as she is now a member of the Provincial executive.
She said this at Rutanhira as she rode on the program going on in Chikomba East where DCC PC Owen Matsike is moving around verifying party districts.
Cde Njowa said she was humbled by the support she received from the party in Chikomba.
“You are my water and am sure you know that there is no fish that can survive without the water and am thanking you as my water and indeed am now a provincial member but am humbled so much by your support,” she said .
Cde Njowa is now the Zanu Pf Mashonaland East secretary for Local Government, Devolution, and Housing in the women’s league.
Meanwhile MP for Chikomba East Hon Felix Tapiwa Mhona, as an appreciation of the hard work by district executives, is handing out hampers to all the members from the four wings in all the 22 party districts in Chikomba East.
