Minister Mhona urged all transport operators, motorists, and members of the public to strictly adhere to road traffic rules and regulations, and to exercise utmost caution while on the roads to prevent such tragic incidents in the future.

He warned the public saying,”Whilst authorities are still investigating the causes of the crash.
