Hardrock Too Good for Scottland
Hardrock Football Club have knocked Scottland out of the Chibuku Super Cup after a narrow one-nil victory in the quarter-finals at Rufaro Stadium.
Hardrock grabbed the lead in the first half through Neliswa Dlamini and then held firm to protect their advantage until the final whistle.
Scottland, despite fielding a star-studded lineup that included the likes of Khama Billiat and Walter Musona, failed to find an equaliser as Hardrock produced a disciplined defensive display.
The result sees Hardrock advance to the Chibuku Super Cup semi-finals, where they will face FC Hunters, while Scottland’s campaign comes to an end.
