Dr Tungwarara sets to join Manicaland Central Committee

Dr Paul Tungwarara has been welcomed by Manicaland Province into its Central Committee, a move that it seen as a big win for the province’s leadership team.

The proposal by the Manicaland Province has to be approved by the ZANU PF party structures.

The decision, made at the provincial coordination meeting, highlights Dr Tungwarara’s impressive track record in driving national development and also his service in the ruling party ZANU PF.

The Manicaland provincial leaders say his business skills and community work will boost Manicaland’s influence in national decisions.

Dr Tungwarara was humbled by the vote of confidence and vowed to champion policies that uplift local communities and fuel economic growth.

He also promised to strengthen party unity.

The appointment fits into the party’s broader push to revamp leadership structures with fresh faces committed to Zimbabwe’s transformation agenda.

Dr Tungwarara has got big shoes to fil.

He is also the special advisor to the President.
